I need a hug

I had this stupidly long rant typed out about health and fitness, and why it annoys me when my parents act like I don't know what I'm taking about when it comes to these things. (I'm a huge human health geek. If something affects me or my friends/family, I Pubmed it). I deleted it because it was ranty and annoying.

Really, what it all boils down to is that I really need a hug.
