Things I feel like sharing...

My world is currently filled with lab work, prep for travel, and SPN fic. On that note, here are a few things related to those I would like:

1) I would like something to work consistently in the lab. I would like something to work so I can have something to put on my poster for Brazil. Right now I'm looking at a an image I took back in November... my confocal hasn't improved since then, and there is no chance now because the microscope is busted... Go go western blots!

2) I would like the pressure in my head from the ear infection to go away before I get on the plane. I can't tell if it's slowly migrating out or spreading. Nasal spray is drying out my throat.

3) I want more stuff with Misha Collins. He's my new crush. He's even more awesome than John Barrowman (how is that possible)? He seems like a fun, genuine nice guy, and apparently he plays Paul Bernardo in 'Karla' and does a distrubingly good job at it. I can't wrap my mind around it, but it obviously means he's an awesome actor, too.

But what I want, most of all, is for my visa application to be processed!

I'm going to go write more Torchwood fic now, because I have three of them due on the 3rd.
